About me...                                                                                          

            My aspirations as a massage therapist are to combine the science and art of this healing practice and enhance my clients’ peace of being (as in peace of mind and equally peace of body). 

The massage work I offer is client-centered, addressing the client's specific needs through focus areas and then transforming into a total body experience.

After working in the hectic retail management world for over 12 years, I learned that two of our most valuable assets are health and peace of mind. I enjoy organic sustainable gardening,a gluten-free/dairy-free raw food lifestyle, hiking and being outdoors as much as possible in the beautiful mountains of Western North Carolina. 

I believe in preventative maintenance, rather than just crisis care. Each of us has an individual responsibility to do everything possible to protect our health and keep our stress levels low.  In doing so, we can prevent and remedy most disease and sickness before it begins or escalates to a crisis state.  

It is my desire to share with you the gifts and benefits of the healing arts and it is my hope that you, too, will experience a deeper sense of wellbeing and connection with yourself as a result.
