Barnes Wellness Center, PC has been serving Western North Carolina since 2005.  Dr. William Barnes mission is to provide competent health assessment, diagnosis and the chiropractic management of your health care needs.  

Dr. Barnes uses the Gonstead Chiropractic Technique, a very thorough and specific method of evaluating, diagnosing, and treating vertebral subluxations (spinal pathology).

He specializes in the overall correction of body posture and spinal structure through a detailed health plan that is set up specifically for each patient.
