In our commitment to provide a unique and outstanding massage experience to all of our clients and out of consideration for our therapists' time, we have adopted the following policies:

CANCELATION POLICY

Please arrive at least ten minutes before your scheduled appointment time in order to ensure a full massage session.

• You may cancel your appointment without charge anytime before the close of business on the business day preceding your appointment.

• Same day cancelations will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price.

• If you do not call to cancel your appointment or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged full price for the scheduled service.

LATE ARRIVAL POLICY                      

As a courtesy to our other guests and staff, appointments will be automatically canceled 15 minutes after scheduled start time and charged according to cancelation policy. We regret that late arrivals will not receive extension of scheduled appointments. In special cases, and when our schedule will allow, we may be able to accommodate a partial appointment. This will be at our discretion and only with proper, advanced notification of your late arrival.

SEXUAL MISCONDUCT                      

Sexual misconduct is handled with zero-tolerance. Client understands that any illicit or sexually aggressive remarks, advances or gestures will result in the immediate termination of the session and client will be liable for full payment of the scheduled appointment.

OTHER ETIQUETTE...

*Please turn off or silence your cell phone upon arrival to avoid distraction during your time to relax.

*For your comfort, women may want to wait to apply makeup or style hair until after their session.  Good hygiene is expected. 

These policies were adopted to ensure that your scheduled session 

is a stress free and relaxing experience.
